About Magaziner

Since 1975, Magaziner Lager- und Fördertechnik GmbH has been developing and producing man-up narrow-aisle trucks as well as vertical order picking trucks at its site in the Lüneburg Heath. The EK series comprises seven models with load capacities up to 2,000 kg (EK 2000 HL) and lift heights up to 19 m; the EV series covers demanding order picking tasks. The manufacturing range includes in-house designed and produced mast assemblies, whose design is optimized via FEM computer simulation for maximum torsional strength at minimum weight, as well as chassis, cabins – also as Makrolon or deep-freeze house cabins – and load handling attachments such as mast pivot forks, telescopic push-pull forks, carpet poles and turntables. The vehicles are predominantly made of steel and are available with assistance systems such as position assistance system, stacking automation, lift height pre-selection and full automation. Customers come from warehouse logistics, high-bay warehousing, order picking and deep-freeze warehousing worldwide. Over four family generations, the company has grown from a small village blacksmith shop with around 70 employees into a specialist represented worldwide.

Materials and Processes

St

Steel

Main material for mast assemblies, chassis, cabins and load handling attachments; structure-optimized, weight-optimized design.

PC

Makrolon (Polycarbonate)

For cabins to protect against drafts and weather, e.g. in unheated warehouses or during outdoor transfer trips.

FEM

FEM Computer Simulation

Design of the mast assemblies for maximum stiffness/torsional strength at low intrinsic mass.
