About MAGE
MAGE Roof & Building Components GmbH develops and manufactures system solutions for pitched roofs, flat roofs and facades – from ridge and hip ventilation elements, connection strips and snow guard systems to roofing and facade membranes, substructures for ventilated curtain-wall facades (MAGE FaçaTec) and the complete PV solution MAGE AUTARK. Founded in 1963 by Dr. Manfred Gehring in Freudenstadt, the company has been producing roof accessories from metal and plastic at its Herzberg (Elster) site since 1993, including roll forming. Materials include aluminium, galvanized steel, Galvalume, stainless steel (V2A/V4A), Corten steel, titanium zinc as well as pure aluminium and glass fiber for the non-combustible FireSafe product family (fire class A2 s1, d0, ETA-18/0321). The product range is complemented by technical support with snow load and U-value calculations, verifiable facade structural analysis according to Eurocode, and PV planning with simulation and yield forecasting. Customers are roofing, carpentry and metal roofing businesses, architects, planners, installation companies and industry. Since 2022, MAGE has been part of the Centrotec SE Group.
