Founded in Bremen in 1899, the company sells new machines of the brands Case IH, JCB, PÖTTINGER, Ålö, Kverneland, Vicon, Trioliet, Düvelsdorf and BSA in the areas of tractors, loading technology, soil cultivation, grassland, feeding, transport, fertilising and crop protection technology. At the used machinery centre on the A1 in Oyten, inspected used machines from renowned manufacturers are presented and marketed across Europe on 15.000 m². The value chain includes, in addition to sales and rental, brand-independent maintenance and repair of agricultural and construction machinery as well as industrial trucks, a mobile 24/7 service, inspection services such as HU, SP, UVV, sprayer TÜV and dynamometer testing, plus the overhaul of hydraulic cylinders and PTO shafts. An online spare parts shop with around 5 million items is supplied via its own logistics centre. Service and sales areas exist in Hammah, Nortmoor, Scharrel and Natenstedt, plus a partner business in Mittelstenahe.

Wilhelm Mager and Louis Wedemeyer open the specialty shop for supplies for factories, locksmith shops and forges in Bremen on 22 March 1899.
- 1934
Start of the business relationship with the International Harvester Company (IHC); introduction of the first horse-drawn grass mowers.
- 1955
IHC grants Mager & Wedemeyer the general representation for its products in Northern Germany.
- 1965
Relocation to the company premises in Bremen-Hemelingen with exhibition areas, warehouse, workshop and administration.

Sale of the company to Tecklenborg & Co.; management by Joachim Karsch; split into two independent GmbHs for agricultural machinery and machine tool sales.
