About Mahltechnik Görgens

Mahltechnik Görgens GmbH was founded in 1985 and develops and manufactures TurboRotor grinding and grind-drying systems used in the food and chemical industries. The systems are used to obtain end and intermediate products as well as to reprocess homogeneous production residues, which after processing are reintegrated into high-quality end or intermediate products. At its headquarters in Dormagen, the company operates a modern, well-equipped technical center in which test runs and process simulations are carried out for a wide range of tasks. On this basis, full-scale production systems are designed and projects are accompanied from test execution through to installation drawings. The range of services includes ambient and cryogenic grinding, simultaneous grind-drying, grind spray drying, dry defiberization, selective grinding as well as grinding, mixing and coating. Even temperature-sensitive products such as thermoplastics, rubber, caoutchouc or waxes are processed into fine, free-flowing powders without any aids.

Products and Processes

TP

Thermoplastics

Ground into fine, free-flowing powder using the TurboRotor process.

GUM

Rubber and nitrile caoutchouc

Elastic products are size-reduced ambiently or cryogenically.

WACHS

Waxes, stearates, soaps

Temperature- and lubricant-sensitive substances are processed without caking.

NATUR

Fibrous natural products

Dry defiberization to fine grades, among other things as fat replacer in the food industry.
