About Mahlwerck Porzellan
Mahlwerck Porzellan GmbH has specialized in the production and refinement of porcelain since 1991, delivering promotional porcelain for brands from industry, retail and the service sector. Products include mugs, cups, bowls and custom porcelain shapes, which are then individually refined. The range of processes includes digital printing (Mahlwerck Digital 360), transfer printing in standard and high-level quality with photorealistic motifs in 4C offset quality, sublimation printing, logo engraving, ceramic glazes, hydro glazing as well as special effects such as nanometal coating, relief printing and metallic looks. In addition to standard shapes, custom design products and one-of-a-kind pieces are created; a graphics service supports the design work. Materials are porcelain and aluminium porcelain with increased hardness and chipping resistance, as well as material mixes with stainless steel and silicone. Customers come mainly from the promotional products, merchandising, branded catering, hotel and office sectors. Production takes place in the company's own manufactory in the Czech Republic, while administration and sales are based in Kolbermoor in Bavaria. Since January 2018 the company has operated completely climate-neutrally and produces around five million printed mugs annually.
