Mahn Hochbau & Sanierung GbR is a construction company based in Rammenau in the Upper Lusatia region that has been providing construction services in Bischofswerda, Dresden, Bautzen and the surrounding area since the year 2000. The portfolio of services includes residential home construction, turnkey construction, basement construction, old building renovation with facade design and damp-proofing, basement waterproofing as well as energy-efficiency refurbishment. In addition, planning, project engineering, construction supervision and energy consulting are offered as engineering services. In the field of concrete work and civil engineering, the company carries out outdoor facilities, paving work, stairs and natural stone work, including monument-appropriate renovations at schools and public buildings. In cooperation with Bergmann Clean Abwassertechnik GmbH, Mahn Hochbau & Sanierung offers fully biological small sewage treatment plants of the WSB®clean system in concrete or glass-fibre reinforced plastic (GFRP), from earthworks to landscaping. Execution is carried out by master craftsmen and experienced skilled workers.
