About Main-Automation

Main-Automation GmbH, based in Großostheim, specializes in the automation of production processes through the use of industrial robots. The company develops and manufactures custom-tailored automation systems, including robot cells, special-purpose machinery and special fixtures, intelligent gripper systems, and handling solutions such as fully automatic machine loading and unloading, palletizing, order-picking systems and foundry automation. The range of services extends from concept development with feasibility analysis, simulation and cycle-time verification, through mechanical design, PLC and robot programming, electrical engineering and control cabinet construction, to mechanical manufacturing, assembly, installation and commissioning including CE certification. In addition, the company offers modernization and optimization of existing systems as well as service, maintenance, remote maintenance and training. As part of the funding projects H2Giga_TP_SEGIWA and SUPER-H2, the company is working on the automation of electrolyzer production for hydrogen technology. In addition to robots from leading manufacturers, handling systems with reach up to 3500 mm and load capacities up to 1000 kg are used.
