Maintal-Werke GmbH is a municipal energy supply company based in Maintal. Founded in 1991 and wholly owned by the City of Maintal, the company supplies around half of the roughly 16,200 households in the urban area with electricity, natural gas, drinking water and heat. Alongside the managing director, 30 employees as well as staff of ENO GmbH and EAM Netz GmbH are active under operations management contracts.
