About Majicap
Majicap is a French manufacturer of industrial seals and elastomer products based in Cernay in Alsace. The company produces flat gaskets, O-rings, extruded profiles up to 5 m in length, injection-moulded and machined parts, cuffs, bellows, hoses, tubes and foam strips to customer specification. Two oscillating-knife cutting tables enable tool-free production of single pieces as well as small, medium and large series. Further processes include overmoulding (surmoulage), hot vulcanisation, HF welding and adhesive bonding. A proprietary product is Slide-Lag®, an interchangeable drum lining system made of abrasion-resistant vulcanised rubber on a steel backing for conveyor belt pulleys. In addition, Majicap offers anti-slip rubber mats for industry as well as equine and cattle husbandry, and strip curtains made of flexible PVC for room partitioning and insulation. Over 150 material references, including EPDM, nitrile, neoprene, Viton® and PTFE, are held in stock; rush orders are processed and 24/48-hour deliveries offered.
