About us
Maksuti Unterlagsböden GmbH, based in Regensdorf near Zurich, is a construction contractor specialised in floor systems for the Swiss construction industry. The company installs cement screed (CT) and calcium sulphate flowable screed (CAF) screeds, seamless floor coverings made of hard concrete and cement topping as well as hand-laid decorative flooring made of synthetic resin and terrazzo. The scope of services includes thermal and impact sound insulation, moisture barriers and waterproofing, as well as consulting, planning and technical documentation such as heating protocols and ready-for-covering heating. For screed work, drying accelerators, admixtures and fibre reinforcements made of steel, glass or plastic are used depending on requirements. Customers are general contractors, total contractors, architects and private building owners from residential, commercial, hotel and public construction – reference projects include, among others, conversions for SBB and renovations in the city of Zurich. Work is carried out throughout Switzerland, with around 25 own employees and a network of subcontractors. The company works according to BKP 281.0 (screeds/underfloor screeds) and 281.1 (seamless floor coverings) as well as the SIA standards.
