In addition, fault analysis and diagnostics, upgrades, data transfer and consultation are offered. The company sells new and refurbished devices including accessories; under the brand Refurbished by malison®, used devices are technically tested, cleaned, reconditioned if necessary and subjected to quality controls. According to its own statements, the technicians are certified by renowned manufacturers; repairs are carried out, according to its own statements, in compliance with ESD guidelines.
