MAMMUT Maschinenbau Ges.m.b.H. is a family-run agricultural machinery manufacturer based in Gurten, Upper Austria. The company develops and produces machines for silage harvesting and removal, feed presentation, as well as forced-action mixers for tractor, wheel loader and electric operation. In addition, MAMMUT has been manufacturing TURBO PACKER series sandbag filling machines for fire brigades, municipalities and technical relief organisations throughout Europe for many decades; over 20,000 machines of this product family have already been delivered. Production ranges from cutting, turning, milling, grinding and welding of steel components — including Hardox steel and special spring steel for mixer tines — through to final assembly of the machines. As a full-range supplier, the portfolio is complemented by an own spare parts warehouse, customer service, consulting and the sale of used machines. The products are supplied under the "Made in Austria" quality standard to Austria, Germany, the Netherlands and other European countries.
