About Gummi Hoffmann
Manfred Hoffmann GmbH & Co. KG is a family business founded in 1971, now in its third generation of family ownership, based in Radevormwald in the Bergisches Land region. Its core competence is the development and manufacture of rubber compounds using proprietary formulations to customer specification or to customer-provided formulations, including new developments based on article specifications and any colour settings. The rubber types processed are NBR, SBR, NR, EPDM, CR, CSM and BR with hardness levels from 30 to 95 Shore A. Compound production takes place in the kneader with batch weights of approx. 75 kg as well as on the two-roll mill with approx. 40 kg per batch. Since 1998 the company has had an injection moulding department in which moulded rubber parts are produced to customer specifications. The compounds supply a wide range of industries and industrial sectors; since 2014 the company has been certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
