Manfred Hoffmann GmbH is a contract manufacturer specializing in surface finishing, headquartered in Sundern-Westenfeld in the Sauerland region. Its range of services includes industrial painting, electroplating, metal dyeing, grinding and pad printing on plastic parts. The centerpiece of the machine park is the Venjakob VEN SPRAY Multiflex, in use since mid-2009, which combines flat spray painting and painting robot technology and, thanks to fast color and program changes, also makes small lot sizes economical. In addition, four six-axis CMA articulated-arm robots are available in front of water walls with extraction systems as well as in a carousel conveyor system with an integrated oven, complemented by chamber and conveyor tunnel ovens, a manual painting station with overhead conveyor, and a pad printing unit with an upstream rotary table. Electroplating, grinding and painting are closely linked under one roof. Customers come predominantly from the household appliances industry, building services engineering (switch and socket series) and the lighting industry.
