About Mankiewicz
Mankiewicz is an independent Hamburg-based family company that has been developing and producing coating systems for industrial series production since 1895. The portfolio includes high-performance coatings for automotive, aviation, rail, mechanical and plant engineering, agricultural and construction machinery, energy, wind power, medical technology, robotics and yachts. The systems include direct-to-metal single-coat finishes such as ALEXIT Monolyer®, high-build corrosion protection coatings with dry film thicknesses up to 250 µm, ATEX-compliant ExGuard Coatings with electrical conductivity, water- and solvent-based systems, anti-graffiti coatings and FST-certified aviation interior paints. The paints adhere to steel, aluminum, plastics and composites. In addition to production and logistics, Mankiewicz offers CMF design, colorimetry, research and development, an in-house testing center, application technology and the on-site color mixing service Smart2Mix. The headquarters and largest production site is located in Hamburg-Wilhelmsburg; further production plants are located in Scheeßel and Dettingen an der Erms.
