Mann CNC Technik GmbH is an owner-managed family business based in Fellheim (district of Unterallgäu, Bavaria) and has been manufacturing precise CNC turned and milled parts to customer drawings since 2007. The range of services includes turned parts produced on turn-mill centres with bar-loading magazines for small, medium and larger series, as well as milled parts produced on 3- to 5-axis milling centres with CNC controls, complex clamping systems and automation – from prototype to large-scale series. In addition, the company offers laser marking on metal and plastic, the assembly of ready-to-install assemblies, and finishing (vibratory grinding, polishing, grinding), surface treatment (anodising, galvanising, nickel plating, phosphating) and heat treatment (annealing, hardening & tempering, nitriding, case hardening). Production is subject to strict quality controls in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, including initial sampling according to VDA and PPAP and inspection in climate-controlled measuring rooms. Customers are supported directly from the first enquiry to delivery, regardless of industry; languages are German and English.
