About Manousek Maschinenbau
Manousek Maschinenbau GmbH is a family-owned company based in Vienna specializing in special machinery construction, feeding technology and contract manufacturing. The company develops and manufactures complete production lines, including cam-controlled rotary indexing systems with output rates of up to 400 cycles per minute, rotary carousel systems up to 1200 parts per minute, product carrier circulation systems, robot systems as well as testing technology for leak tightness, flow, breakthrough strength and crack testing. In the field of feeding technology, vibratory bowl feeders, centrifugal feeders, linear feeders and bunkers are manufactured in-house. Contract manufacturing includes 5-axis simultaneous CNC milling (up to 1600 x 600 x 400 mm), conventional turning (ø1 to ø300 mm, length up to 1100 mm), surface grinding, WIG/MAG welding, brazing as well as surface treatment such as ultrasonic cleaning, glass bead blasting and polishing. Customers come from pharmaceutical/medical technology, cosmetics, plastics, electronics, packaging, food and automotive; systems are running at customers in Europe, America and Asia.
