MANST Europe GmbH is the European subsidiary of the MANST Group, located at the Industrie Center Obernburg (ICO) in Elsenfeld, Bavaria. The company specializes in coating technology for the lithium battery industry and develops, manufactures and distributes full-ceramic slot dies, flat coating machines (slot-die flat-bed coating) for laboratory and pilot-scale applications, as well as feeding systems, powder equipment and energy storage solutions. At the Elsenfeld site, slot dies are also repaired, high-precision shims made of SUS 304 (thicknesses 0.4–2 mm, lengths up to 1.6 m, tolerance ±0.02 mm) are CNC-machined, CFD simulations are performed, and 3D coordinate measuring services are offered with a Zeiss PRISMO ultra. Customers come from the lithium battery and energy storage sectors as well as from display panel, semiconductor and perovskite solar manufacturing. Worldwide, MANST has delivered over 6,000 die sets; on-site service is supported by more than 150 experienced engineers.

Quality & Metrology
Precision inspection is performed with a Zeiss coordinate measuring machine PRISMO ultra 9-13-7 (measuring range 900×1300×700 mm, accuracy 0.0005 mm/m) as well as a 2D visual measuring machine. Machining limit values include Ra 0.25, flatness and lip straightness of 3 µm each.
