About Manufacture Délicate
Manufacture Délicate GmbH operates a bakery with an attached café at Rykestraße 7 in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg. The range includes baked goods and cakes produced in-house according to old recipes, made from high-quality regional ingredients and organically grown produce. No additives or preservatives, baking agents or ready-made flour mixes are used, so the products consist exclusively of natural raw materials. The baked goods are continuously offered fresh and warm from the oven. The range is complemented by coffee specialities, freshly pressed juices, filled rolls, pastries and a delicatessen counter; breakfast and on-site consumption are possible. Owner and managing director is Marko Vieille, a baker with 20 years of professional experience who came to Berlin in 2011 and founded Manufacture Délicate in 2013.
