About MARCH PUMPEN
MARCH PUMPEN GmbH & Co. KG, headquartered in Gießen, develops and manufactures magnetically coupled, leak-free pump systems for the chemical industry, plant and apparatus engineering, environmental technology, medical technology and industrial OEM applications. The product range includes magnetically coupled chemical centrifugal pumps (M, EUROLINE series), chemical standard pumps (MCA, MCH), sliding vane or rotary vane pumps (VANE-MAG®), the patented plastic gear pump TEF-MAG® as well as electric double diaphragm pumps of the QUANTM series. Wetted components are made of stainless steel 1.4571, Hastelloy C276 and plastics such as PEEK, PVDF, PVC, PP and PE; slide bearings and vanes are made of carbon graphite, SSiC or zirconium oxide. The pumps are also available in ATEX versions in accordance with Directive 2014/34/EU. At the Gießen site the pumps are developed, manufactured, assembled and sold; OEM original equipment pumps are produced there in high quality and volume. The product range also includes the electrical power monitoring system MARCH MASTER CONTROL. The MARCH Group traces back to March Manufacturing, founded in 1954 in Glenview (USA), and has production sites in the USA, Europe and Asia.

Materials and construction methods
Edelstahl
Corrosion-resistant housing and component material for magnetically coupled sliding vane and chemical standard pumps.
Hastelloy C276
High-alloy material for sliding vane pumps handling particularly aggressive media.
PEEK
Conductive or standard PEEK for gears and components of the TEF-MAG® gear pumps, also for 90°C KOH in hydrogen applications.
PVDF
Chemically resistant plastic for housings and gears of non-metallic pumps.
PVC
Housing material of the TEF-MAG® gear pumps, e.g. for NaCl brine in seawater desalination plants.
PP
Chemically resistant plastic for wetted pump components.
PE
Non-metallic component material for chemical positive displacement pumps.
Kohlegraphit
Self-lubricating material for vanes, stators and axial bearings of the VANE-MAG® pumps.
SSiC (Siliziumcarbid)
Wear-resistant shaft material for gear pumps in corrosive applications.
Zirkoniumoxid
Non-metallic containment shell to avoid additional heat input into the pumped medium.
PTFEC
Carbon-filled fluoropolymer for gears and plain bearings.
FKM / FFKM
O-ring sealing materials for chemically aggressive media.
