Marchhart Gesellschaft m.b.H. was founded in 1968 by Johann Marchhart as a metalworking and artistic blacksmith shop and is today run in its second generation by Ing. Johannes Marchhart. The family-owned company manufactures at its Neudörfl site (Burgenland) metal frames, table substructures and metal components for office and modular laboratory furniture systems, formwork and concrete molds for the precast concrete industry, as well as air filter technology for cleanrooms in medicine, pharmaceuticals, laboratories and industry – from individual components to complete packages including assembly, electrical installation, commissioning and operator training. Steel, stainless steel and aluminium are processed on a modern machine park with flatbed lasers (up to 12 kW), tube lasers, a bending center, a bending cell, a laser welding system, a CNC machining center and in-house powder coating, complemented by 3D-CAD design with BIM planning, prototype and toolmaking, and order picking. Around 80 employees manufacture on three plants in Neudörfl with a high level of in-house production depth from lot size 1 to series production. Customers include NEUDOERFLER, BENE office furniture, Braun Lockenhaus, Prutscher Labor Systems and Köttermann Systemlabor; via sales branches in Germany and Sweden as well as partner networks, Marchhart supplies customers worldwide.
