The Company
Innovaplast is a manufacturer of plastic compounds and TPE granulates based in Heilbad Heiligenstadt (Thuringia). The company supplies the automotive supply, electrical, furniture and household goods industries with compounds based on PA 6, PA 6.6, PP, ABS, PC/ABS, PC, PBT, PS as well as thermoplastic elastomers (TPE-S, TPU, TPE-V, TPEE). All compounds are produced on modern twin-screw extruders with extensive dosing technology and can be modified to customer specifications, e.g. glass fiber reinforced 0-50 %, glass bead filled, carbon fiber reinforced, mineral filled, impact-modified, heat-stabilized, halogen-free flame retardant or with sliding fillers made of graphite, PTFE or MoS2. In addition, Innovaplast offers the grinding and re-granulation of material residues as well as the processing of production waste including additive upgrading in order to reduce customers' raw material consumption. Selected compounds are modified according to manufacturer standards (TL, QK, DBL); ROHS conformity and IMDS entry are offered. In addition to production, the range of services includes support with material selection, technical support and logistics.
