About MARES
MARES is an international service group founded in 1981, specializing in the household appliance industry. The group bridges supply and demand and offers tailored services along the entire value chain: product sourcing and product studies, selection of European and Asian manufacturers, sampling, price negotiation, monitoring of the series production ramp-up, technical documentation, quality control, logistics, after-sales service including spare parts management, as well as marketing. An in-house quality control team has been working directly on site in Asia for over 25 years, conducting supplier audits, pre-production, in-process and final inspections, and product validations according to EU standards. MARES operates through a network of agents, distributors, customers and manufacturers in Europe and Asia and has served more than 200 customers worldwide over more than 40 years. The group is represented with offices in Balerna (Switzerland), Varese (Italy) and Chelmsford (UK).
