Marotec is an owner-managed manufacturer of carrier rollers for conveying technology based in Solms (Hesse). The manufacturing range includes carrier rollers to DIN with and without drive as well as with and without coating, conveyor belt rollers, sprocket rollers, tapered carrier rollers, garland carrier rollers, as well as drive, deflection, tension and snub drums in all versions. The product range is complemented by accessories such as support rings, buffer rings, spacer rings, flanges, chains, spring couplings, adapters and scrapers. In the company's own custom design department, custom-made products and special constructions are produced according to sample, drawing or design specifications, supported by computer-aided design, manual welding and CNC manufacturing. Products are made in steel and stainless steel (V2A, V4A), optionally with Vulkollan and/or polyurethane coatings; precision rollers for demanding applications are dynamically balanced. The products are used, among other things, in high-bay warehouses, industrial furnaces, the automotive industry, airports, hardening shops, the food sector, weighing & measuring, and in bulk materials handling. The company is certified to ISO 9001:2015.
