MARQ4 Automation GmbH is a provider of special machine construction, assembly lines, and testing equipment technology based in Rietheim-Weilheim (Baden-Württemberg). The company, newly established in 2022 from the Marquardt Group, builds on over 35 years of experience in testing equipment and special machine construction, employing around 70 staff members. As a general contractor, MARQ4 realizes the entire process from conception through manufacturing to commissioning, and supports plants throughout their entire lifecycle, including maintenance and service. The range of services includes automatic assembly and testing lines with high-speed assembly (cycle times up to 0.6 seconds), inline functional tests, and end-of-line tests, as well as robotics, handling technology, joining and dosing technology, labeling, cutting, and surface treatment. The systems are planned using Digital-Twin simulation, integrated with ERP and production systems, and cover optical, electrical, haptic, acoustic, and RF/LF-based testing procedures. Customers come from Automotive, E-Mobility, Electronics, Food Industry, Household Appliances, Powertools, and Medical Technology; worldwide support is provided through five service locations in Germany, China, Tunisia, Romania, and the USA.
