About Marquart
Marquart GmbH is a mould and tool manufacturer based in Dornhan. The company produces custom thermoforming tools, LFI tools, PUR foaming tools, PU tools, RIM tools as well as mould and machine accessories. A second mainstay is custom steel-rule dies, through-cut dies and breakaway blades for cardboard, stickers, gaskets and thermoformed parts. The value chain ranges from consulting, calculation and planning through CAD development in all common formats to manufacturing on multi-axis machining centres with modern CAD/CAM technology; the machining range extends up to 4000 mm. Materials are primarily aluminium, alongside steel, strip steel, metal and a wide variety of plastics. Customers come from plastics processing, the packaging sector (cardboard) and general toolmaking. On more than 3000 square metres, more than 28 employees work for the company, which has been a reliable partner across the entire value chain for over 30 years. A quality management system according to DIN ISO EN 9001:2015 ensures quality across all process steps.
