Martens Gerätebau by H. W. Martens is a manufacturer and supplier of practical transport equipment for in-house warehouse logistics, based in Harsefeld-Ruschwedel. The company builds on over 40 years of experience in transport equipment manufacturing and, under the VarioFit® brand, produces among other things folding-handle trolleys, multi-level and table trolleys, Möbelhunde® (furniture movers), steel tube carts, pallet chassis, serving trolleys and workbenches. Production includes welded constructions from steel tube, sheet steel and aluminium, the bending of sheet steel, and surface treatments such as powder coating (e.g. RAL 5010) and electro-galvanising; load surfaces are additionally made of multiplex plywood (beech) or checker plate, with tyres/wheels of thermoplastic rubber, solid rubber and grooved rubber. In addition to its standard range, the company manufactures individual custom constructions and special dimensions for specific applications. Products are delivered ex works or free of charge to the door within Germany and come with a three-year guarantee.

Steel tube
Base material for welded constructions of the trolleys, carts, stacking racks and Möbelhund furniture movers.
Sheet steel
Welded and bent, among other things for paper transport rollers, workbench shelves and drawers.
Square tube 40 x 40 x 2 mm
Foot elements of the workbenches in fully welded design.
Aluminium
Lightweight welded constructions such as aluminium folding-handle and chair trolleys.
Checker plate
Load surfaces of the aluminium folding-handle trolleys, alternatively with a grooved rubber mat glued on.
Powder coating
Surface protection of the steel trolleys, e.g. RAL 5010 gentian blue, impact- and scratch-resistant.
Electro-galvanising
Durable corrosion protection of the trolley surface, e.g. for serving trolleys.
Multiplex plywood (beech)
18 mm load surfaces of the Möbelhunde® and 40 mm worktops of the workbenches.
Thermoplastic rubber
Non-marking wheels/tyres with precision deep-groove ball bearings for swivel and fixed castors.
Solid rubber / grooved rubber
Alternative wheel coverings for Möbelhunde® and load surface mats.
