Martens Kunststofftechnik GmbH manufactures plastic parts for customers who wish to have plastic and silicone components produced. The range of services includes plastic injection molding, silicone injection molding (LSR), plastic thermoforming, UV direct printing, milling, edge finishing and bonding of plastics as well as laser processing. The company also has its own toolmaking operation, enabling injection molds to be produced from a single source. Finished parts can be printed using pad printing or printed directly onto the plastic part via digital printing. In addition, the company assembles individual parts into assemblies or finished products. The manufacturing facility is located in Bönningstedt near Hamburg; smaller series are also produced. Production takes place in Germany (Made in Germany).
