About MARTHA AND SONS

MARTHA AND SONS is a chocolate manufactory in Bern's Old Town that produces chocolate itself from the cocoa bean to the finished bar. Production is handmade in small batches using selected single-farm fine cocoa of the Criollo, Nacional and Trinitario varieties; industrial cocoa (Forastero) is not used. The recipes are deliberately reduced to cocoa, sugar and milk powder – without lecithin, palm oil, additives or colourings. The bars are finished in limited batches, and aluminium-free packaging is dispensed with. In addition to direct sales via its own online shop, the manufactory supplies specialist retailers, cafés, restaurants as well as the hotel and catering industry and offers personalised corporate gifts including packaging, addressing and shipping. In Bern, the chocolates are available exclusively at LESBAR (Münstergasse 61–63) as well as at London Tea in Zurich and Basel.
