About Marti AG Moosseedorf
Marti AG Moosseedorf is part of the Marti Group, founded in 1922 by Alfred Marti, an internationally active Swiss construction group with around 80 subsidiaries. The company operates as a general contractor in all major construction sectors, including building construction, civil engineering, tunnel construction, special civil engineering, road construction, hydraulic engineering, as well as refurbishments, building protection and restoration. Further areas of expertise are Environmental Engineering, Technology and General Contracting; the sister company Marti Infra AG specialises in contaminated sites, refurbishment and environmental technology, for example the extraction and disposal of tar sediments with wastewater treatment via activated carbon. Completed projects include the Swiss Life Arena in Zurich, the Bern University of Applied Sciences campus in Biel/Bienne built in timber-concrete construction, the ewz Herdern site in Zurich, the widening of the A1 to six lanes as well as work on the Second Gotthard Tunnel, the Brenner Base Tunnel and the Thalwil relief tunnel. The head office is located in Moosseedorf near Bern.
