About Martin Bierer
Since 2009, Martin Bierer has been planning, designing and manufacturing components, machines and its own products in Dorfen, Bavaria, for agriculture, forestry, industry and trades. Manufacturing includes CNC milling (Deckel FP3), turning up to 1500 mm between centers, drilling, sawing, broaching on a Rausch broaching machine (shaft diameters up to 100 mm, keyway widths up to 20 mm, from single pieces to large series) as well as MAG/MIG and TIG welding. A Universal Robots UR10e welding robot with accessories from OH-Au2mate welds components up to 4.5 m wide and 2 m deep, including multi-layer, rotary and circumferential seam welding. Materials include steel in various alloys (including S355), wear-resistant Hardox, stainless steel and plastics. In addition to custom fabrications for mechanical engineering, metal construction and jig/fixture building, the company develops its own soil-mounted implements such as manure rake, grading beam, excavator broom, grubbing rake and front crumbler, some hot-dip galvanized. Also offered are automation and control technology (PLC, hydraulics, pneumatics), assembly and handling technology, maintenance, repair service and parts procurement.
