Martin Kaiser GmbH & Co. KG is a manufacturer of electrotechnical products with operations worldwide, headquartered in Hochstadt a. Main (Bavaria). Since 1939, the family-owned company has produced plugs, sockets, device connectors, lampholder materials and installation materials as well as customer-specific custom designs and power supply solutions, including for server data centers. On a production area of 15,000 m², the in-house value chain includes design and toolmaking (thermoset, thermoplastic and stamping tools), thermoset and thermoplastic processing on 68 injection molding machines with clamping forces of 22 to 500 tonnes in 3-shift operation, metalworking with a turning shop as well as stamping and bending machines up to 250 tonnes of press force, an in-house electroplating plant for surface treatment, and assembly with ultrasonic welding, induction soldering and resistance welding. The products are sold to industrial and trade customers at home and abroad and are tested by national and international testing institutes such as VDE, ÖVE, SEV, TÜV, CEBEC, LCIE and KEMA.
