Martin Maurer Moderne Energietechnik GmbH is a family-run master-certified business founded in 2007 by heating and plumbing master craftsman Martin Maurer, based in the Detmold district of Berlebeck. The six-member team plans, installs and maintains heating, ventilation, plumbing and air conditioning systems for private and commercial customers in Detmold and the surrounding area. The range of services includes gas condensing and pellet heating systems, solid fuel heating, heat pumps and hybrid systems, innovative wall heating systems also for listed buildings, solar and photovoltaic systems, bathroom and sanitary installations, building services for water supply and drainage as well as water softening systems. The company handles the planning and coordination of all trades from the first enquiry to commissioning, advises on subsidy programmes such as KfW grants and ensures the operation of the systems through maintenance, repair and customer service. The future company headquarters is being built at Freyastraße 4 in Detmold city centre.
