martin präzisionstechnik is an owner-managed sole proprietorship based in Birkenfeld (district of Pforzheim) and specialises in the manufacturing of precision turned parts from metallic materials and plastics. All parts are produced on exclusively CNC-controlled lathes in the machining range of ø 3–26 mm from bar stock; complete machining with driven tools is possible. The company produces economical lot sizes of 10 to 1,000,000 pieces and delivers Just in Time. Coatings such as anodising, galvanic and chemical nickel plating, chromating and passivation as well as surface treatments such as polishing, trowalising/vibratory finishing and glass bead blasting are carried out by qualified partner companies. Customers come from the aviation industry, medical technology, electrical engineering, mechanical and plant engineering, sensor, measurement and control technology, the jewellery industry and the automotive industry. The quality management system is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
