About marxtechnology
Marx Automation GmbH - Technology (marxtechnology) is a special machine builder based in Düren. The company develops, designs, builds and programs custom production cells, robot applications, partial automation systems and complete production lines - from the initial idea through development and construction to commissioning and service. The competencies include mechanical and electro-/pneumatic design (Autodesk Inventor, E-Plan P8), PLC programming including drives and safety technology, robotics (KUKA, Epson, cobots), machine vision, MES and SCADA systems as well as rapid prototyping via 3D printing. On an assembly area of approximately 300 m², assemblies ranging from small parts to crane-handled units of 4.5 t are assembled, tested and commissioned mechanically, electrically and pneumatically. Core projects lie in adhesive automation for the battery industry, in buckle assembly systems for the textile industry and in the semiconductor industry (EUV LDP sources, tin circulation systems, microlens array placement with 100 nm accuracy). Since 2019, Marx Technology has been a system partner of KUKA; deliveries are made to customers in Europe, Asia and North America.
