About us

Maschinen- & Prototypenbau Dölle was founded in August 1995 by Josef Dölle in Irschenberg and specialises in the manufacture of high-precision turned, milled and metal parts. Its range of services covers CNC and conventional turning, milling and drilling work, production to customer drawings, and the independent development and construction of complete machines and prototypes including jig and fixture building. Milled parts are produced up to 650 x 500 x 500 mm on CNC machines from DMG and Deckel; turned parts are possible conventionally up to Ø 250 mm with a turning length of 800 mm and CNC-controlled up to Ø 280 mm with a turning length of 515 mm. In addition, the company offers surface technology with grinding, polishing, glass bead blasting and sandblasting up to 800 x 500 mm. The products are used by companies in metrology and microelectronics, medical technology, optical engineering and mechanical engineering, and are deployed worldwide. The company has been certified to DIN ISO 9001 since early 2002.
