Maschinenbau Bardowick has specialised for over 20 years in the development and manufacture of custom machines for industrial production. The portfolio includes highly precise powder-coating machines with application control, cutting machines and rotary cutters, belt take-offs and conveyor technology, quality assurance systems such as cable adhesion test rigs, as well as complex special-purpose systems for winding technology, packaging and process automation. In addition, the company manufactures welded assemblies and fixtures from single parts to series production on its own robotic welding cells. The machines are designed and manufactured in-house in heavy steel construction, precisely welded and machined, including practical load tests before delivery. Systems from Maschinenbau Bardowick are used, among other things, in cable manufacturing, rubber and silicone processing, plastics engineering, medical technology, plant engineering, as well as packaging and defence technology. In addition to commissioning and on-site installation at the customer, the company offers training as well as long-term spare parts availability and service.
