About us
Maschinenbau Feik GmbH & Co. KG is a family business founded in 1975 in Bramsche-Lappenstuhl in the district of Osnabrück. The company manufactures and repairs all machinable machine components, offering machine repairs, conversions, spare parts production as well as special and special-purpose machine construction, among other things for the food and cosmetics industry, for example systems for the industrial production of molded cookies and arrow dosing wheels made of PEEK for nougat creams or jam. Production includes 5-axis CNC milling (travel X=2300, Y=600, Z=600 mm; DMU 70 eVolution), CNC turning with double-sided machining, conventional turning and milling, surface and cylindrical grinding, boring mill, straightening press and thread spindles. For surface technology, flame spraying, ceramic and wear-protection coatings as well as a blasting cabin are available, complemented by special welding. Design and development are carried out with Autodesk Inventor, 3D scans and point clouds. Around 2,500 m² of operating space is worked by 23 employees, including 4 apprentices; about two thirds of the workforce have been with the company for over 20 years. Via the A1 motorway connection, the Ruhr area, Bremen and Hamburg are quickly reachable.

Materials & Processes
Steel
Base material for machine components, spare parts and special machines.
V2A (stainless steel, approx. 1.4301)
Stainless steel for corrosion-exposed components, among other things in the food industry.
V4A (stainless steel, approx. 1.4404)
Stainless steel for applications with higher corrosion exposure.
Tool steel
Used for wear-exposed tool and machine parts.
Non-ferrous metals
Non-ferrous metals for special component requirements.
Polyetheretherketone (PEEK)
High-temperature-resistant, low-wear plastic, e.g. for arrow dosing wheels in the food industry.
Plastics
Production of machinable plastic components in various geometries.
Flame spraying
Thermal coating process using powdered filler materials for corrosion and wear protection.
Ceramic and wear-protection coating
Protection of stressed surfaces against increased wear and corrosion.
Blasting
Surface preparation in the company's own blasting cabin prior to coating.
Special welding
Joining technology mainly for steel, V2A and V4A.
