About Maschinenbau Lembeck

Maschinenbau Lembeck is a company for CNC manufacturing and mechanical engineering founded in 1994 in Werlte in the Emsland region, and still family-owned and managed to this day. Its core competence lies in the custom manufacture of tailored precision turned and milled parts on modern CNC machines – complemented by conventional turning and milling, drilling, sawing, grinding, broaching and welding. Production is carried out in small, medium and large series as well as at short notice to customer requirements from materials such as quality steel, alloyed high-grade structural steel, cast iron, red brass, stainless steel, aluminium and plastics. An extensive material stock enables rapid response even in the event of supply shortages. A further pillar is the production and repair of hydraulic cylinders: standard and norm cylinders, special cylinders as well as single- and double-acting versions in single-unit and series production, including conversion and reworking as well as spare parts procurement. Heat treatment and surface finishing are carried out through regional partner companies.
