About LIDU

Maschinenbau Lienenbrügger GmbH (LIDU) is a family-run contract and single-part manufacturer in mechanical engineering based in Dülmen in the Münsterland region. The company manufactures custom machine components from design through cutting and machining to final assembly – as single parts, small or medium batches. The machine park includes CNC lathes, 3- and 5-axis machining centres and four turn-mill-drill centres of WFL Millturn technology for the complete machining of workpieces up to 3,000 mm in length and 1,200 mm in outer diameter. In addition, LIDU is a specialist in the overhaul and repair of track superstructure machines and their components. The company is a supplier, among others, to Deutsche Bahn AG (Q1 supplier), the wind energy industry, ship coupling manufacturing, mining, compressor manufacturing, and special-purpose machinery and plant engineering. Around 3,400 m² of production floor space provide approximately 140,000 machine hours per year; certificates such as ISO 9001, DIN EN 15085-2 CL1 and various restamping approvals also enable the manufacture of safety-relevant components.
