About Gruber
Maschinenbau Otto Gruber GmbH has been producing loading wagons and manure spreaders in Saalfelden am Steinernen Meer for 75 years, supplying farmers throughout the Alpine region. The product range includes loading wagons of the proALP line (18 to 45 m³), silage wagons with dual rotor (twinPOWER), fully galvanized stable manure spreaders, the universal spreader GUST as well as mounted loading wagons and mounted manure spreaders for agricultural carriers. In 2026, the spreading technology was extended with the models SM1410, SM1412 and SM1415. Production includes machining, sheet metal working and cutting, welded assembly manufacturing in universal jigs, in-house AirLess painting as well as final assembly with function testing and quality inspection. Development is carried out with 3D CAD; prototypes are tested at customers under real conditions. Development and production are located at the same site, enabling short delivery times and close customer ties.
