Maschinenfabrik Krug GmbH from Lienen, now operating under the name Krug - Metalle und Zerspanung, is a metalworking company with core competencies in turning and milling of steel and stainless steel workpieces, sawing of a wide variety of materials, drilling on coordinate drilling machines, and bending of various materials. The company offers contract manufacturing, in which components can be manufactured completely or partially, customer-supplied material can be processed, or material procurement and storage can be handled. Due to its machinery, single parts and small series are produced; flexibility and fast response to changed requirements are emphasized. An own comprehensive material warehouse ensures fast material availability. In addition to manufacturing activities, bread residual mixers have been sold for many decades under the 'Original Fortschritt' brand, which are used in bakeries and the food processing industry; additionally, emulsifiers, stainless steel egg separators and used machines are offered.
