Rotary screen cylinder manufacturing with over 100 years of tradition

Maschinenfabrik Raschau GmbH, based in Schwarzenberg (Erzgebirge), specializes in the development, manufacture and maintenance of rotary screen cylinders and serves the pulp, paper, board and cardboard industry both nationally and internationally. The company manufactures rotary screen cylinders in three designs: supporting-cross construction for speeds up to 60 m/min and line loads up to 8 N/mm, self-supporting construction for up to 160 m/min and 10 N/mm, and disc construction for line loads up to 15 N/mm. All cylinders are made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel and high-quality non-ferrous metals; the screening is done with lower and upper wires made of stainless steel, phosphor bronze and polyester, on request with a round-wire spiral instead of the lower wire. As the successor to F.H. Riedel Maschinenfabrik Raschau, founded in 1877, the company combines craft tradition with modern technology. In addition to cylinder manufacturing, it offers engineering custom solutions, plant service, repair, maintenance as well as assembly and disassembly work along the process lines of paper and pulp production, including a repair service for SULZER process pumps and ERHARDT+LEIMER felt and wire run guides.
