About us

MASCHINENTEILE Bernd Fischer is a contract manufacturing company founded in 1983 and based in Appen (Schleswig-Holstein). The company manufactures machine parts to customer specification, in particular turned parts, milled parts, bores, slots and pressed components – both CNC-controlled and conventional. CNC turning is performed up to ∅ 300 mm with lengths up to 600 mm, conventional turning up to ∅ 700 mm and 2000 mm length, CNC milling up to 700 x 500 mm and conventional milling up to 900 x 200 mm. Materials processed include rolled and bright steel, high-performance steels, non-ferrous metals and plastics; in addition, flame-cut rings as well as blanks and formed parts are available. Through a partner network, the company offers complete machining including surface treatment, powder coating, painting, electroplating processes, hardening, balancing, thermal spraying and precision grinding. The parts are used in HVAC and ventilation technology, marine engineering, wastewater systems and general mechanical engineering. The five-person team has been supplying many regular customers for 30–35 years.
