About MASSAR Koblenz
MASSAR Koblenz GmbH has been active in water treatment since 1969 as a factory representative and independent factory customer service of Grünbeck AG. The company advises and supports planners, architects and executing companies in the process engineering design of water treatment systems and distributes Grünbeck technology for private residential buildings as well as industry and trade. Services include softening, filtration and membrane technology, disinfection, dosing as well as backwash and fine filter systems. A key focus is supplying electrolysis with ultrapure water for hydrogen production, e.g. with make-up water systems (< 0.2 µS/cm) and loop treatment for residual desalination (< 0.1 µS/cm) with components made of stainless steel 1.4404. The company also offers rental systems (desalination, softening, disinfection, flushing/renovation, partial-flow filters), customer service, maintenance and commissioning of the Grünbeck product range on site, as well as the Swimming Pool & Wellness division with planning and installation of pools and wellness facilities in its own design center. Since 2009, the site has been located in the Technologie-Park Koblenz on the B9 with a total area of 7,000 m², supplemented since 2011 by over 600 m² of exhibition space (RivieraPool Park). In 2020, Jan-Erik Zestermann took over the company and renamed it MASSAR Koblenz GmbH; it employs around 43 staff (as of 2018).
