About the Winery
Massy Vins (La Maison Massy) is a family winery in Epesses in Lavaux, Canton of Vaud, which has been run by four generations of the Massy family since 1903. The estate cultivates vineyards in the appellations Dézaley Grand Cru, Epesses and St-Saphorin and produces around 85 % white wines, predominantly from Chasselas, as well as red wines from Gamay. The work on the steep, terraced slopes above Lake Geneva is carried out mostly by hand; the grapes are vinified in the estate's own winery and bottled on site. The winery's seat is the Clos du Boux in Epesses, a listed country estate whose wine cellar is carved into the rock and is open to visitors with a sales outlet and tasting room. The winery sells its wines through its own wine cellar, tastings, cellar tours and an online shop.
