About Mastel
Mastel Metall GmbH (until 2025 Mastel Aluminium Halbzeuge GmbH) is a specialised supplier of aluminium semi-finished products based in Talheim am Neckar. The range includes rolled plates (EN AW 5754, 5083, 6082, 7075), cast plates 5083, double-side milled and film-coated cast plates, precision plates Alplan 6082 and 7075, and round bars in EN AW 7075 up to 300 mm diameter. The in-house manufacturing depth covers sawing of plate and round bar sections, discs and rings on modern precision plate saws as well as double-side plate milling. An ERP-supported optimisation program ensures high material utilisation; chips are extracted, briquetted and, together with piece scrap, fully returned to the recycling loop. Large parts of the range are available from stock and are stored tempered, scratch-free and with tight tolerances. Customers come from mechanical engineering, tool and die making, automotive supply, aviation and automation. Following insolvency proceedings in 2025, the Talheim operation will continue as Mastel Metall GmbH under the GLEICH Aluminium Group and the Heinrich Spahn Group.
