About Maszyna
MASZYNA GmbH is a certified manufacturing company based in Troisdorf in the Rhein-Sieg district. The company produces turned and milled parts from metal and plastic on CNC machines and operates its own tool grinding shop: regrinding of HSS and solid carbide tools such as circular saw blades (ø 50 to 1500 mm), band saws, drills, milling cutters and countersinks, surface grinding of knives up to 3500 mm in length (among others press brake, paper and veneer knives), regrinding of cutting systems and stamping tools for paper processing, as well as the production of custom-made special tools, complemented by a coating and recoating service. The machine fleet includes, among others, a 5-axis CNC tool grinding machine Anca Fast Grind, an NC grinding centre Saacke UW1C and a CNC-controlled saw sharpening machine for CBN deep grinding. In addition to machining, Maszyna offers temperature control technology (tempering hoses from -10 °C to 85 °C, temperature control units, HD pipe coil heat exchangers) and dosing technology (1K/2K dosing systems, cartridge systems, 2K guns, automatic ball valves). A pick-up and delivery service serves Cologne, Bonn, the Rhein-Sieg and Bergisch districts as well as Düsseldorf, Montabaur and Limburg. Customers come from paper processing, tool and mould making, mechanical engineering and plastics processing.
