About us
Matec Maschinenbau GmbH is a contract manufacturer of CNC precision parts based in Eschweiler-Weisweiler. The company produces single parts, small series (10–100 parts) and large series (up to 10,000 parts) according to 3D datasets or customer specifications. The manufacturing spectrum includes CNC turning with driven tools (diameter 1–650 mm, turning length up to 1,000 mm), CNC milling on 3-axis and 5-axis machining centres with CAD/CAM support (dimensions up to 1,250 mm), electrical discharge machining (drilling, wire and die-sinking EDM), surface grinding as well as sawing and vibratory finishing. Materials processed include steel, aluminium and plastics as well as die-cast components and forgings. Customers come from metrology, automotive, special machinery construction, packaging machinery and the food industry. Production runs in 2- to 3-shift operation; quality is ensured by in-process measurement, final inspection and a climate-controlled measuring room with 3D coordinate measuring machines.
