About MATRIX
MATRIX GmbH, based in Ostfildern near Stuttgart, develops and manufactures adaptive clamping and handling systems for workpiece handling in industrial manufacturing. The product portfolio includes the programmable FLEXSTATION, the adaptive gripper Flex Clamp, the flexible workpiece carrier X-PAD and the modular clamping systems Blue Clamp and X-CLAMP with stainless-steel pins. The systems automatically adapt to almost any workpiece geometry without the need to manufacture special fixtures, and can be connected directly to PLCs, robots, CNC and MES via a 24-V control with OPC UA/MQTT. Fields of application are production and assembly, quality assurance, material flow and logistics, as well as engineering services such as feasibility and cycle-time studies. Industries include aerospace, medical technology, automation/robotics, testing technology, pad printing, as well as hydraulic components and actuator systems. With around 30 years of experience, more than 500 completed projects and over 100 industrial customers worldwide, MATRIX supplies, among others, England, Finland, Italy, Japan, Korea, the Netherlands, Poland, India, Thailand and Scandinavia through an international partner network.
